Sometimes we just need to be kind to ourselves and just create some space. Space to feel, think and be. Space in our bodies to let go of the tension and the worries.

This link will take you to a mindfulness video. Forget what you know about mindfulness, this does help. It teaches you to notice the way you feel and just to accept it. It helps because if you notice your feelings and don't indulge them, don't push them away this can change the way you deal with your anxiety. It's worked wonders for me.

Yoga! Also works wonders. This is a lovely 'let it go' practice from my favourite Yogi. Or you can search this channel for yoga for anxiety or even more. Just did the yoga for neck and shoulder relief! AHHHHHHHHHHH!
